Important Notes

Power Adapter Not Included. A 5V/2A power adapter is required. Many TV USB ports provide only 5V/0.5A, which is insufficient to power the device properly.
Do Not Use power adapters with an output higher than 5V/2A, as excessive voltage may permanently damage the TV Stick.
If the Bluetooth remote stops responding, perform a Factory Reset:
1. Connect a USB mouse.
2. Go to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset.
3. Wait for the device to restart.
4. Re-pair the remote by pressing and holding the Left and Right buttons simultaneously until pairing is complete.
The included remote is a Bluetooth remote, not an infrared (IR) remote. Therefore, the power-learning function on third-party air mice such as G10S or MX3 Pro is not supported.
